With a team of dedicated qualified Jewellers we offer a streamlined process that allows for standard repairs to be completed within 3-7 business days. For more complex repairs and custom designs/makes an approximate timeline can be provided in our enquiry and quoting stage which will outline the expected manufacturing and completion times upon request.
On the completion of all jobs our accounts team will provide an invoice detailing the work completed that will be promptly delivered via email, accompanied by shipping tracking details on the same day.
Shipping

The client is responsible for shipping items to and from our PO Box for quoting and repairs. Return shipping costs may vary. All return shipments are sent via Australia Post express shipping with signature on delivery. If you prefer a priority service upgrade or a different courier, please communicate this during the enquiry stage to ensure seamless inclusion of costs in the invoice.

At BenchPros, we have a dedicated accounts team that will provide you with timely quotes and a seamless payment process with invoicing sent on the day of your jobs completion.
The settlement of accounts involve a 7-day payment term. In cases where accounts remain unpaid while additional jobs are submitted for completion, our dedicated team will diligently continue their work. However, it's important to note that these subsequent jobs will be retained under lien status until the outstanding accounts are resolved. Your seamless experience is our priority, and we appreciate your timely cooperation in maintaining a smooth workflow.
